- View: beautiful straw yellow with greenish hue low bright flashes of great luminosity.
- Nose: tropical notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant combined with salty mineral notes.
- Mouth: is rich and heavy and filled with flavors of grapefruit and blackcurrant with notes of nettle and green pepper. A subtle nature of sea salt leads to a long mineral finish and persistent.

AGEING: stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: Each vineyard block was harvested with a maturity of optimal taste and physiological maturity. The grapes were quickly transported to the winery and pressed immediately to minimize contact with skin. After sedimentation cold juice each batch fermented at cold temperatures using selected strains of yeast. the quality of each batch was evaluated and only the best components were selected for this premium blend.
