Discover More About Our Products
This excellent white wine Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is produced in an idyllic landscape in New Zealand. The special thing about this wine region is that the soils do not need to be watered. Due to the immediate proximity to the springs of the Rapaura river, hence the name of the wine, manual irrigation can be dispensed with in the hot summer months. The site offers heavy soils that give the wine herbal notes such as fragrant nettles or lemon peel.
If you want to surprise a loved one, Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is the right choice. After all, it's not every day you drink a wine from New Zealand, is it?

Reviews of Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc 2019
To me, this 2017 seemed more yellow than other vintages. I noticed scents of lychee and banana. It has a very mild and pleasant flavour.
As I had it between meals I could not pair it.
It's very light. The Rapaura Springs Sauvignon Blanc reminded me of jasmine on the nose. It has a hint of bitterness at the end.
