GRAPES: Montepulciano.

AGEING: This wine is consumed young.

PREPARATION: Montepulciano grapes type macerated to freezing temperatures and then pressed by the method of bleeding. The juice goes through a process of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures and the use of specialized natural yeasts. Finally it is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
