- Nose: Aromatic notes of tropical and citrus fruits, with floral and herbal touch.
- Mouth: fresh, exquisite and elegant taste, balanced acidity and a herbal aftertaste on the palate.
AGEING: This wine is consumed young.
PREPARATION: Montepulciano grapes type macerated to freezing temperatures and then pressed by the method of bleeding. The juice goes through a process of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at very low temperatures and the use of specialized natural yeasts. Finally it is stabilized, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Aged cheeses, fresh cheeses, meats, pastas, risottos, paellas, poultry, lamb, pork chops, sausages, dishes of Italian and Asian cuisine.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
