Quinta da Falorca Traditional Blend 2012 (Touriga)

TASTING NOTES:

View: dark red.
Nose: Elegant and complex aroma, presence of red fruits.
Mouth: smooth taste with good structure and tannins. Final long and authentic.

APPELLATION: Dao.

VINES: Quinta Vale das Escadinhas

GRAPES: Touriga-Nacional, Rufete, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz-.

AGEING: in stainless steel, 50% of the batch aged for 6 months in barrels second use and bottled for 9 months, bottled in November 2016.

Garnet color. Aromas of dried cherries, plum, cassis, spices , smokiness, tobacco. Rich, but not heavy, firm structure, good tannins, elegant, complex, fresh, deep.

The Quinta da Falorca is an example of a beautiful, traditional Dao wine with a great price / quality.
