- Nose: very intense and mineral, citrus, flowers, well balanced.
- Mouth: creamy and dense, very fresh and long finish.

PAIRING: fatty cheeses, fish stews, baked oily fish.

Has a very cheerful colour. Strong scents of coffee and toffee. In the mouth it is thick enough.
Better pair it with vegetables.
