Domaine Les Grandes Vignes Beaujolais Blanc 2018 (Chardonnay)

- Nose: Intense aromas of ripe fruits and citrus with mineral tones of wild flowers and herbs.

APPELLATION: Côtes du Rhône.
VINEYARD: Domaine des Grandes Vignes.
AGEING: 6 months in stainless steel barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are hand-picked and transported to the cellars, where they will undergo a process of stabilization and cooling. The grapes are macerated for a period of 4 hours, and then be pressed smoothly. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels for a period of 20 days at controlled temperatures. After maturation, the wine is stabilized with the use of cellulose and bottled.
PAIRING: Appetizers, white meats, seafood, salads, risotto, baked vegetables, creamy desserts and fruit.
