Tasting Notes: Red color very much alive. Great aromatic intensity dominated by components of ripe black and red fruits (blackberry, raspberry and plum). Dense in the mouth, with quality tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish. Serving at: 16/18ºC. We recommend with: Good with Ensopado de Borrego, migas and other Alentejan pork dishes and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
