- Winemaking: Grapes are picked by hand to cases of 20 kg, Total destemming. Pre - fermentation Maceration during 2 to 3 days. Feet crushed. Fermentation in open Vats (lagares) with controlled temperature between 25ºC a 35ºC. After fermentation Maceration during 1 to 2 weeks. Ageing for 13 Months in french oak barrels.
