Esporao Monte Velho Tinto 2019 (Aragonêz and Trincadeira)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Clear ruby.
- Nose: red fruits and fruits of the forest, well wrapped in subtle notes of fresh spices.
- Mouth: intense and rich, with solid structure and a lingering finish.
APPELLATION: Alentejo.
VINEYARD: granite floor, schist, clay loam structure.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Syrah and Trincadeira.
AGEING: 3 months minimum aging in stainless steel vats.
PREPARATION: stripping, grinding, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, pressing, malolactic fermentation.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16 ° C
ALCOHOL: 13.5%
