Masi Brolo Campofiorin Oro 2015 (Corvina and Rondinella)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: dark red.
- Nose: dry oregano and rosemary, lavender and violet notes.
- Mouth: structured but beautifully restrained and polished with blue and red fruit, a transparent crystal. Body half full but quite long and medium hard at the end.
APPELLATION: Veneto.
GRAPES: Corvina 80%, 10% and 10% Rondinella Oseleta.
AGEING: aged in small oak barrels.
WINE PAIRING: roast or grilled, braised meats game.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 ° C

The history of Masi is the history of a family and its vineyards in the Venetian regions. The name comes from "Vaio dei Masi", the small valley in Valpolicella acquired by the Boscaini family.

Intense red Bordeaux. A smell quite well. It has a good entry.
- Look: Deep ruby red.
- Nose: Berry fruit, preserves and vanilla.
- Palate: Rich, full-bodied, packed with baked fruit, and hints of cocoa and vanilla on the finish.
- Grape Types: Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta.
- Given extra complexity with the addition to the blend of the special Oseleta grape, rediscovered by Masi.
