VINEYARD: Cantina San Marzano.
AGEING: 3 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: The grapes are subjected to soft pressing process to extract the juice used in making wine. stabilization and maceration of the must is carried out at cold temperatures of 10 °C for a period of 6 to 8 hours. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at controlled temperatures of 18 °C, with the addition of traditional yeast. After a short period of aging in oak barrels, the wine is bottled.
PAIRING: White meat, appetizers, seafood, salads, risotto, foie gras, creamy desserts and fruit.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-14 °C
