TASTING NOTES:
- View: The glass is bright yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.
- Nose: The aroma aromatic profile expresses ripe white fruit, floral notes, hints of bread crust, brioche and hints of vanilla.
- Mouth: The sip is harmonious with a central mouth with good aromatic, intense and creamy complexity. The end expresses a vivid freshness, accompanied by a transparent mineral touch.
APPELLATION: Veneto Prosecco (Veneto, Italy).
VINEYARD: Valdo Spumanti.
GRAPES: Glera (100%).
AGEING: The second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method of aging in lees for 10 months.
PREPARATION: Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut The "Issue 10" Valdoè is a Venetian sparkling wine produced with Glera and fermented in the bottle according to the conventional method. Soft pressing and first fermentation at controlled temperature, in spring and draft reference using the standard bottle (Champenoise).
WINE PAIRING: This wine is perfect to take as companion light dishes such as salted eggs and pastries, pasta with white fish, fried fish, fish and seafood steam and pizza.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 ° C
