TASTING NOTES:

- Nose: It has a wonderfully fruity and floral bouquet.
- Mouth: A breathtakingly harmonious Prosecco, dry mineral notes, very tasty and light, expressed especially in the finish.
APPELLATION: Prosecco Veneto
VINEYARD: Valdo is today the largest producers of champagne and sparkling wine from the Veneto region (Italy). The grapes for this sparkling wine comes from the production area of Prosecco Doc, and it was here only grape used for certified organic farming. Whose vines grow up to 80 meters high and are facing south. Here the fruits enjoy a chalky and loamy beside a lot of sun and a wonderful Mediterranean climate soil - and a lot of attention and time to perfect the tires.
GRAPES: 100% Glera
EXPANSION: The sparkling wine was refined through fermentation tank for 3 months, followed by maturation in the bottle.
PREPARATION: The result of this Prosecco were carefully and selectively picked by hand in mid-September. After pressing and fermentation was followed light (Charmat method) at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.
