Per quest'occasione l'abbiamo bevuto in coppia.
Colore molto bello. Ricorda altri spumanti, per il profumo di lievito. Sapore di more e frutti di bosco.
Abbiamo iniziato con le tapas e poi abbiamo continuato a berlo per tutto il pranzo.
