GRAPES: Glera, Bianchetta, Perera.
AGEING: 4 months in stainless steel barrels, followed by 8 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to a stabilization process cold. After pressing they are grapes, one must fermentation is performed in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperatures of 15 to 18ºC. After this process, the wine is subjected to a second fermentation in stainless steel barrels, with the addition of residual sugars. The wine is aged for 4 months in said stainless steel barrels and then be aged in the bottle for 8 months. Finally, the wine is bottled.
