TASTING NOTES OF Ca Di Alte Prosecco Spumante:
- View: light straw yellow, fine bubbles.
- Nose: A nice bouquet with notes of pear and floral notes.
- Mouth: a palate very bright, clean and up
Very dry, with persistent freshness.
APPELLATION: Ca 'Di Alte.
GRAPES: Glera.
PREPARATION: prepared by the Charmat method. Soft pressing, separation of the skins of seeds must before the alcoholic fermentation and second fermentation in autoclaves and pressure controlled, wine bottling and cooling under pressure.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
- Light straw yellow with fine bubbles. A pleasant bouquet with notes of pear and floral hints is followed by a very bright, clean and lifted, palate.
- Very dry, with lingering freshness.
