TASTING NOTES OF Ca Di Alte Prosecco Spumante:

View: light straw yellow, fine bubbles.
Nose: A nice bouquet with notes of pear and floral notes.
Mouth: a palate very bright, clean and up

Very dry, with persistent freshness.

APPELLATION: Ca 'Di Alte.

GRAPES: Glera.

PREPARATION: prepared by the Charmat method. Soft pressing, separation of the skins of seeds must before the alcoholic fermentation and second fermentation in autoclaves and pressure controlled, wine bottling and cooling under pressure.

- This Prosecco was made using the long charmat method. The grapes were hand-picked and the stalks removed before crushing. Soft pressing separated the skins and seeds from the must before alcoholic fermentation and second fermentation in a pressure and temperature controlled autoclave. After filtration and centrifugation, the wine was refrigerated and bottled under pressure.
- Light straw yellow with fine bubbles. A pleasant bouquet with notes of pear and floral hints is followed by a very bright, clean and lifted, palate.
- Very dry, with lingering freshness.

Ik ging met collega's naar Ca' Di Alte en daar proevden we het.
Heeft een erg sterke kleur. Aroma's van fermentatie en gist. Het smaakte me de Ca Di Alte Prosecco Spumante, maar de smaak is ruw.
Ik wou graag het met carpaccio proeven.
