Zucchetto Paolo Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Purofol Brut 2018 (Glera)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Pale yellow with golden highlights and the presence of bubbles.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of citrus fruits, peaches and apples. It has a floral touch.
- Mouth: Flavor dry effervescent texture reminiscent fruit has an acid taste and palate.
APPELLATION: Veneto.
VINEYARD: Paolo Zucchetto.
GRAPES: Glera.
AGEING: This wine is consumed young.
PREPARATION: The grapes are macerated cold before the pressing process then they return to macerate for 24 hours in cold before being taken to a stainless steel tank, where a process of alcoholic fermentation takes place, using natural yeasts and low temperatures. The wine remains 3 weeks in the tank and proceeds to the second fermentation Charmat method, to provide effervescence. Finally cold it stabilized, filtered and bottled.
