VINEYARD: Vineyards located in the heart of a charming hill hillside circumscribing the production area of Prosecco DOC from Conegliano onwards along the Pedemontana route to Valdobbiadene.
PREPARATION: Soft with pneumatic wine press crushing. Dripping immediately
sediment and static sedimentation at low temperature. Vinification under controlled temperature, with addition of selected yeast fermentation tanks under pressure for 60 to 60 days at low temperatures (14-16º).
PAIRING: fish, sweet desserts, snacks and soups.
TEMPERATURE: 6-8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
