Sanfeletto Prosecco Valdobbiadene Brut (Glera)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: Straw yellow, green reflections. abundant and evanescent foam. Perlage fine and persistent.
- Nose: elegant, memories of wisteria, acacia flowers, green apple and citrus.
- Mouth: delicate, pleasantly acidulous, intensely fruity.
APPELLATION: Prosecco Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Di.
VINEYARD: Located in Feletta in mountainous area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Located 250-300 meters above sea level Moraina floor, partly alluvial, ferrous, poor in organic substances.
GRAPES: Glera.
PREPARATION: fermentation under controlled temperature, with addition of selected yeast. Second Fermentation in pressure tanks (Charmat method) for 50-60 days of fermentation at low temperature (14-16 °C). Soft crushing with pneumatic wine press. Dripping immediately must and static sedimentation at low temperature.
PAIRING: as an aperitif, in your moments of greater coexistence, light dishes such as soups, white meats, delicate fish dishes, perfect with desserts.
