  • Nose: A pear, peach, elderflower to, to handle them is still an incredible olfactory amplitude, complete with an intriguing mineral notes and a rich texture of aromatic herbs from sage to fennel.

The Giustino B. therefore embodies the living expression of our experience and determination in the search for the very best and of our passionate dedication to the prosecco grape itself.

Dedicato a Giustino Bisol, fondatore della cantina nel 1950, questo spumante è frutto di lunghe prove e di particolari selezioni e cure che, iniziate in vigna, proseguono poi sino allaffinamento in bottiglia.
Il Giustino B. rappresenta dunque lespressione più viva della nostra esperienza, della nostra volontà di ricercare il meglio, della nostra passione per luva Glera (tradizionalmente chiamato Prosecco).
Dopo la vinificazione il vino riposa a bassa temperatura fino a primavera, quando entra in autoclave per la presa di spuma. Ne uscirà per limbottigliamento ai primi di giugno. Il consumo è consigliato a partire da settembre.
