Ruggeri Prosecco Giustino B Extra Dry 2018 (Glera)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: A view is straw yellow with greenish reflections.
- Nose: A pear, peach, elderflower to, to handle them is still an incredible olfactory amplitude, complete with an intriguing mineral notes and a rich texture of aromatic herbs from sage to fennel.
- Mouth: Well structured type, sip is fresh, satisfactory, citric, but also soft, silky, envelope, with a mineral finish that never gets tired.
APPELLATION: Veneto, Italy.
VINEYARD: Ruggeri.
GRAPES: Glera.
AGEING: Aged on the lees in bottles for two months.
PREPARATION: White vinification, ie without the skins, at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels for three months.
WINE PAIRING: Combines with sweet or savory snacks. It can be drunk alone.
