TASTING NOTES:
- View: fine and persistent perlage. Bright yellow with golden hues.
- Nose: Complex and velvety with hints of ripe yellow apple, yellow plum, white flowers, predominantly white rose, slightly spicy and balsamic. The low sulfur content enhances a deeper sense and clear aromas.
- Mouth: Intense and noble, recalls the complexity of the aroma and fruity notes.
