Elaboration of La Tordera Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Brunei
La Tordera Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Brunei (Bianchetta, Verdiso and Glera)
- View: Straw yellow color bright.
- Nose: Aromatic notes of flowers and fruits, especially apples and pears, with notes of jasmine, thyme and lime.
- Mouth: Flavors and fruit acids, dominated by the apple. It has a lingering and fresh finish.
VINEYARD: The Tordera.
GRAPES: Glera, Biancantta, Verdiso.
AGEING: This wine is aged, but is recommended to consume at least 2 months after bottling.
PREPARATION: The mixture is pressed grapes and undergoes a double fermentation process for 4 weeks at a temperature of 15 °C. Then allowed to stand at cold temperatures, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: White meat, seafood, lobster, risotto, appetizers and salads.
TEMPERATURE: 8 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
