TASTING NOTES OF Collalto Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut:
- View: pale straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
- Nose: intense and delicate sensations of fruit, hints of golden apple, pear and floral notes on the finish.
- Mouth: fresh, balanced, pleasantly aromatic and dry mouth.
APPELLATION: Prosecco Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Di.
AGEING: 3 to 6 months on lees and 3 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 6-8 days.
PAIRING: light-based rice salads with fish and vegetables, main dishes based on grilled fish, pasta with seafood and raw fish appetizers.
TEMPERATURE: 10-12 ℃
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5%
