Bottega Gold Prosecco Magnum (Glera)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
- Nose: refined nose, notes of green apple, citrus peta and in harmony with the aromas of white flowers, acacia, wisteria and lily.
- Mouth: soft, harmonious and elegant. Bodied and balanced but lively acidity.
APPELLATION: Prosecco.
GRAPES: Glera.
PREPARATION: wort maintained over one year at very low temperature before fermentation.
PAIRING: excellent as an aperitif and in cocktails, with starters, light dishes (seafood, pasta and risotto with no herbs), steamed or raw fish dishes, white meats grilled, stewed or dishes of fresh vegetables.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4-5 °C
