VINEYARD: The Valdobbiadene hills are located in Trevigiano, Italy. The terroir in this territory has unique characteristics. This region is characterised by steep vineyards and hard manual labour. Prosecco Superiore, which is produced here, is one of the best examples of Italian wine. This Prosecco is particularly known due to its qualitative superiority of the grapes produced in this area.
GRAPES: 90% Glera, 6% Pinot Blanc, 4% Verdiso
PREPARATION: The grapes are collected by hand at the beginning of September. The process starts in the territory of Conegliano and finishes in the Valdobbiadene area. This Prosecco wine passes through a double fermentation process. The secondary fermentation is carried out in large-volume sealed tanks. Once removed from the stainless steel tanks, the wine is immediately bottled and packed.

The first testimony attesting the presence of the Bisol family in the historical heart of the Prosecco production area, is found in the Venetian Republic of 1542, in which the Bisol appear as "workers' trustees" of a vast estate belonging to the noble family of the From Pula: a territory called Chartice, the current and very prestigious hill of Cartizze.More about the Winery
