- View: pale straw yellow, bright. Very fine-grained, continuous.
- Nose: intense, fragrant, rich, very typical.

APPELLATION: Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
AGEING: aged for 20-25 days followed by a period of about 10 days on the lees. Once bottled, rest for 4/6 weeks before marketing.
PREPARATION: Harvest done manually in September-October with grapes at the maximum chemical-organoleptic balance followed by a soft pressing and static decantation of the must. primary fermentation carried out in steel containers at 18/19 °C with selected yeasts and, after having clarified, it is transferred to an autoclave to perform the second fermentation.
PAIRING: fish, cheeses and crustaceans.
