- Nose: Primary aromas of apples, lemon, lime and peaches are dominating this wine's bouquet.
- Mouth: On the palate, this wine is fresh, floral and fruity, with a high acidity and creamy body. The finish is medium-long, a bit floral and fresh. This wine should not be bottle aged and we recommend that you consume it within two years after buying it.
APPELLATION: Prosecco Di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene
VINEYARD: Andreola. The vineyards are grown in a modified "Cappucina" training method. The soil type where the vines are grown, is clay with sandstone soil subtypes.
GRAPES: 90% Glera, 5% Bianchetta, 5% Perera
AGEING: The wine is not aged before being released on the market.
PREPARATION: The base wine is made as quickly as possible. The fermentation is done in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. After that a Charmat method second fermentation takes place in similar tanks. The method makes sure primary aromas and flavours are saved along with base wine's freshness.PAIRING: This is a great aperitif wine but not only that. Its freshness and creaminess pairs excellent with almost all entrees and both fish and meat dishes.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: Keep the wine stored at 7°C at home, and make sure you serve it at a temperature of 10-12°C.
