Clos Mogador 2003 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah)
- View: cherry red colour with violet edges. Intense and covered.
- Nose: Intense aromas of ripe black and red, and balsamic on a mineral base. As that is emerging, growing in complexity and notes of violets appear.
- Palate: Structured, opulent, friendly, with good fruit load, ripe tannins and sweet, fresh, with hints of licorice and dense but with good acidity. Long and very persistent.
AGEING: Aged for 20 months in oak barrels.
PAIRING: Game dishes, sausages.
TEMPERATURE: Between 16 ºC and 18 ° C
