Clos Mogador 2001 (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah)
TASTING NOTES OF Clos Mogador 2001:
- View: Cherry color with violet edges. Intense and covered.
- Nose: Intense, with aromas of black and red fruit, and balsamic notes on a mineral background. As is opening, it grows in complexity and violet notes appear.
- Mouth: Structured, opulent, friendly, with good fruit load, ripe tannins and sweet, fresh, with hints of licorice and dense but with good acidity. Long and very persistent.
AGEING: Aged for 20 months in oak barrels.
PAIRING: Game dishes, sausages.
TEMPERATURE: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
