Acústic Celler

Acústic Celler is the personal project, founded in 2004, Albert Jané (Jané Ventura, Penedes) in the name of Montsant. The winery's philosophy is clear: to vindicate the traditional viticulture, avoiding the excesses of technology and allowing the wine to express their natural features best.

Acustic Cellers Ritme Blanco

Lemon and pear aromas, with notes of beeswax, jasmine and chalky minerals.

The Acustic Cellars wines are powerful with intense flavours but both possess a level of minerality that is often sought and rarely found. These wines are a great example of the quality winemaking that is happening in Spain at the moment.

Winemaker Albert's philosophy is to create wines that express and revindicate the quality and singularity of the traditional viticulture against the globalisation of the international varieties and modern wine making style
