Acústic Celler Ritme Priorat Blanco 2017
- View: Straw yellow, pale, thin gold reflections. glyceric tears.
- Nose: Intense aromas, elegantly juicy, fleshy lot of white fruit, gourmand touches of yellow fruit, some spicy notes and pastries and fresh herbaceous notes.
- Mouth: a very long journey, tasty and fresh, elegant, silky texture, notes lees memories of scrubland something else present. A very balanced wine with lively acidity. Remarkably long finish fruity and mineral notes retronasally.
VINEYARD: White Grenache vines more than 80 years and about 20 years vineyards of Macabeo, all planted in the llicorella characteristic terroir, slate troceada.
GRAPES: White Grenache and Macabeo.
AGEING: aging on lees for 11 months.
PREPARATION: partially (30%) fermented in French oak barrels for 3 months.
PAIRING WINE: soupy rice, poultry, cod, boullabaise, white grilled meats, white meat with sauce, Oriental cuisine, Jamón Ibérico de bellota, grilled seafood, seafood sauce, oysters, bluefish, whitefish to the furnace, sauce and goat cheese.
