Talò is just one of the many families that have made Cantine San Marzano the important winery we know today. Founded in 1962 by 19 intrepid winemakers with the common dream of making the qualities of Puglia wine known, San Marzano has over 1,500 members today.
In the Talò series we also find Primitivo di Manduria D.O.P. 2018, awarded with numerous medals and important recognitions around the world. The Primitivo grapes which produce it all come from the municipality of San Marzano, in the heart of Salento, where they grow on shallow clayey soil. After vinification, the wine rests for 6 months in French and American oak barriques.
The result is a deep and opulent wine, with lively and pleasant notes of cherry, plum, cocoa and vanilla. This is a wine that will seduce you right from the first sip!
