Pietrapura Mandus Primitivo di Manduria 2018 (Primitivo)
TASTING NOTES:
- View: intense ruby red color.
- Nose: fruity aroma of cherry, plum, cocoa, vanilla, which are accompanied with spicy touches.
- Mouth: chocolate flavor, great structure, with a good balance, toasted notes, tannins sweet and mild flavor, vanilla notes integrated with subtle nuances of wood.
APPELLATION: Primitivo di Manduria (Puglia, Italy).
VINEYARD: PietraPura.
GRAPES: Primitivo.
AGEING: After fermentation temperature regulated, red wine is gently pressed and separated from the shells and seeds of berries. Then matured in French oak barrels for a good four months.
WINE PAIRING: It is recommended to taste dishes with meat sauce and game, aged cheeses.
