Domaine Paquet Poully-Fuissé Les Crays 2016 (Chardonnay)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Pale yellow color with golden glow.
  • Nose: fine and subtle floral and fruity component with citrus notes and mineral notes Aromas.- Mouth: The attack is fresh and full palate a fine tension. Complex, structured and well balanced. Delicate shades of white pepper and peach. Aftertaste fresh, aromatic with good acidity and long lasting.

APPELLATION: Pouilly-Fuisse.

VINEYARD: Michel Paquet Domaine Des Valanges.

GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.

AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels. Subsequently, the barrels are stored for 6 months in enameled vats.

PREPARATION: The grapes are pressed gently. alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, 20% new. a light earth filtration is performed before bottling.

PAIRING: Poultry cooked with cream, butter fish sauce, seafood, goat cheese.

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE SERVICE: 12.09 °C
