Vieira de Sousa 10 Years Branco Port 50cl (Port)
- View: bright golden.
- Nose: nutty aroma and delicate raisins.
- Mouth: sweet and fresh.
GRAPES: Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Verdelho, Gouveio.
AGEING: after fortification with grape brandy, wine aged for years in oak barrels and vats.
PREPARATION: fermented white grapes with a long maceration of the skin, foot treading winepresses, to give structure to the wine.
PAIRING: as an appetizer and dessert.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 °C as a starter. as port wine after dinner at 14-18ºC
