TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Taylor's 20 Years Old 1 is deep reddish amber colour.
  • Nose: Spicy voluptuos opulent and complex aromas of marmalade and nutty, hints of orange blossom and a nice oak character comes from long aging period in oak nose.
  • Mouth: The palate is full of rich, concentrated flavour and has a long smooth finish

DEGREE OF ALCOHOL: 20%

PAIRING: It's an excellent accompaniment to many desserts. It combines well with the flavours of figs, almonds and caramel. It is an excellent complement to a pudding or a bowl of wild strawberries.

At the time I only open the first bottle of six, and is good, not excellent but good. E ', therefore, a partial judgment, maybe a bottle unsuccessful at best, maybe I was expecting something more. My diners, though, I'm excited, but to a sophisticated palate does not go unnoticed the limits (of this single bottle). If I can, I integrate the comments to the opening of other bottles.
