TASTING NOTES OF Réccua Ruby:
- View: bright ruby.
- Nose: intense aroma of red fruit and wild fruit jam.
- Mouth: complex, perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
VINES: Caves Vale do Rodo
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca.
AGEING: 3 to 5 years in barrels in wooden casks.
PREPARATION: Trituration with complete stemming, fermentation with strong maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy (77%).
PAIRING: as an aperitif or with a dessert of fresh fruit.
TEMPERATURE: 14-16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 19%
