TASTING NOTES:
- View: Quinta Noval Port Vintage 2007 shows a black ruby purple color.
- Nose: aromas of red and black fruits, bitter chocolate, flowers and spices.
- Mouth: It is very elegant, with a lovely balance, big velvety tannins and dense black fruit flavors. It has an extremely long, deep finish.

Quinta do Noval
Quinta do Noval is situated in the very heart of the Douro valley, in the Cima Corgo, just two kilometres from the small town of Pinhão. As you approach the entrance to the quinta from Pinhão, you will see the famous broad terraces of Quinta do Noval on the right. The Quinta, which is principally situated in the valley of the small Pinhao river, a tributary of the Douro, has approximately 145 hectares of vines, ranging in altitude from 100 metres, at the level of the Pinhao river, to 350 metres at the summit of the valley. The Quinta is approached by a long drive, covered by trellised vines. This is the first view of the quinta that you see as you drive up.

I noticed a dull colour. Cool and pleasant.
Good wine, but I would not have taken it with fish.
- View: black heart, deep crimson edges.
- Nose: resplendent, floral and spicy nose, concentrated dark berries and cherries.
- Mouth: bright, warm, velvety tannins exuberance of black and mocha chocolate, very pure fruit.
APPELLATION: Porto.
VINEYARD:
GRAPES: 50% Touriga Nacional, Touriga French 40% and 10% Sousão.
- View: dark ink.
- Nose: aromas of eucalyptus and cedar.
- Mouth: a wine both powerful and fresh, full of energy with spicy notes of black pepper, licorice and violet time.
APPELLATION: Porto.

GRAPES: Touriga Nacional; Tinto Cao; French Touriga; Tinta Roriz; Sousão.
TEMPERATURE: 16-17ºC
- View: intense purple.
- Nose: aromas of crushed blackberry impressive, mineral and floral notes.
- Mouth: rich, deep, full-bodied, very sweet, dense in mouth, big tannins, round and with a long finish.
APPELLATION: Porto.
VINEYARD:
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca.
PAIRING: chocolate, dark cheese.
TEMPERATURE: 16-17ºC
