TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Quinta do Noval Vintage 2003 has a deep dark amber
  • Nose: A monumental and voluptuous wine with delicious fresh notes of black fruits.
  • Mouth: A bouquet of a formidable full-bodied with a hint of licorice. Ripe, full and delicate.

WINEMAKING: 20 months in wooden barrels in the cellars cooled air from the fifth to the demarcated Douro Valley region before bottling. Must be aged in the bottle for 8-12 years before achieving the complexity and feature a vintage corsage

TASTING NOTES:
- Monumental, voluptuous wine, with luscious fresh ripe black fruits. Beginning to show delicious open notes of evolution. Ethereal on nose, wonderful plenitude in the mouth, liquorice. Ripe complete and fine
VINIFICATION:
- Grapes are trodden by foot to obtain the must, then during fermentation macerate to obtain the best possible extraction in the lagares, the traditional stone vats from the Quinta

- View: Noval Vintage 2003 is a deep dark amber
- Nose: Very high layer, intense nose, overripe fruit mineral and balsamic notes.
- Mouth: Very sweet but not cloying by its balanced acidity
TEMPERATURE: 16 to 18 º C
Alcohol: 19.5 º
PAIRING: Coulant chocolate, Epoisses, foie pastries

TASTING NOTES:
- View: dark and intense red.
- Nose: sweet, intense, with notes of black fruit and jam.
- Palate: elegant, with firm tannins and presence of cherry and berries. Fresco, has great potential.

TASTING NOTES OF Noval Vintage 2011:
- View: ruby ​​deep and saturated.
