TASTING NOTES:
- View: Quinta do Noval Vintage 2003 has a deep dark amber
- Nose: A monumental and voluptuous wine with delicious fresh notes of black fruits.
- Mouth: A bouquet of a formidable full-bodied with a hint of licorice. Ripe, full and delicate.
WINEMAKING: 20 months in wooden barrels in the cellars cooled air from the fifth to the demarcated Douro Valley region before bottling. Must be aged in the bottle for 8-12 years before achieving the complexity and feature a vintage corsage

- Nose: Very high layer, intense nose, overripe fruit mineral and balsamic notes.
- Mouth: Very sweet but not cloying by its balanced acidity
TEMPERATURE: 16 to 18 º C
Alcohol: 19.5 º
PAIRING: Coulant chocolate, Epoisses, foie pastries
WINEMAKING: The must fermented in vats, walked on foot. He grew up in timber yards for 2 years.

In Port is the best I've tasted.

- Nose: quite mineral, perfume of violet,
- Mouth: Sweet cherry and blackberry fruit, very juicy, with very long finish furtive tannins.

GRAPES: 60% Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa 30% and 10% Tinto Cao.
