Porto Monge Branco (Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Viosinho and Gouveio)


  • View: Color bright and clean yellow.
  • Nose: It has mainly floral notes, highlighting yellow flowers, tropical fruits. Background of dried fruit with some citrus hints.
  • Mouth: Very balanced and harmonious, with the perfect blend of sweet and acid. It has a unique freshness, flavors that combine with odors and linger a long time in the mouth.

APPELLATION: Vinho do Porto

VINEYARD: Adega de Favaios

GRAPES: Malvasia Fina, Rabigato, Viosinho and Gouveio.

AGEING: young wine consumption.

PREPARATION: they are collected and selected grape varieties carefully. We proceed to despalillarlas and macerate with a special technique, then cold pressed in order to maintain the quality of the wine and natural aromas. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks for at least two months, constantly controlled temperatures. Finally, it has to be clarified at low temperatures and sealed in the bottle.

WINE PAIRING: Fish, creamy rice, nuts, chicken, pastas, as an aperitif or to accompany simple desserts.

Monge Branco

It presents a bright and attractive yellow color with great aromatic intensity highlighting the floral aromas, some tropical fruit and nuts. In the mouth stands out for the harmony, with a sweetness well balanced by the freshness of the acidity.
