It's brilliant to be able to buy this here. My partner and I tasted this for the first time at Quinta da Pacheca itself in Portugal and nothing else tastes as good since.

TASTING NOTES OF Pacheca White Port:
- View: Golden yellow.
- Nose: notes of citrus fruits, toasted walnuts and honey.
- Mouth: fresh, elegant and slightly oily and buttery finish.

APPELLATION: Oporto.

GRAPES: Malvasia Fina, Codega, Gouveio, Viosinho.

PREPARATION: grapes harvested in boxes of 25 kg, partial process maceration and fermentation and then pressing the wort, fermentation according to the scheme mimso white wine for fortification.

PAIRING: as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to cheese soft pasta.
