The winery Maynard's from which the Maynards 10 Years Old Tawny is produced has a long history. Maynard dates back to 1652, when the famous ancestor of the Van Zeller family, one of the first British merchants in Portugal, disembarked port wine from Oporto.
Today the product Maynards 10 Years Old Tawny is one of the most popular port wines in the world and has a beautiful aroma of dried fruit, honey and a hint of toffee. On the palate it is silky and has a long and clean finish.

TASTING NOTES OF Maynards 10 Years Old Tawny :
- View: deep brick, amber edge.
- Nose: aromas of dried fruits precious, delicate nutty, honey and a hint of caramel, ripe berries and subtle sweet notes of chocolate, caramel and fine oak wood.
- Mouth: Silky and flavors of ripe figs and jam, a long, clean finish.
GRAPES: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca.
PAIRING: Crème Brûlée, macadamia, vanilla ice cream, apple pie, foie gras.
TEMPERATURE: 15 - 18ºC
