Spicy and strong, complex and complete. This Pomerol in the nose the spiciness of the wood aging. The spicy taste the spicy flavors are complemented by the creamy welled of black plum and typical, pleasant vegetal tone found in many good Pomerols. The structure is soft and at the same time has a fine bet of the mature, Merlot tannins. The finish of this beautiful dinner wine is long.

A wine to be paired with "Tapas". It's always good to share wine, but this one's special.
Red with violet nuances. It has aromas that reminded me of white roses. An intense red.

At a dinner with other couples.
Cherry colour. Aromas of leather and tobacco pipe. Full-bodied.
I drank before the main meal, with starters and snacks.

This Pomerol accompanied us while waiting for food. We drank it at a meeting with friends.
Ripe cherry colour, medium opacity. The Château du Domaine de l'Eglise exudes aromas of violets. It has cute flavours.
