Dveri Pax Benedict Red 2011

In the glass of Dveri Pax Benedict Red shines in an intensive ruby red with youthful purple shades. The spicy bouquet is dominated by notes of red fruit and hints of oak, from Gamay. The not too heavy body is fitted with soft tannins and noticeable acidity. A typical Red continental climate.

Toasty aromas. The barrel leaves good flavours.
I will buy it again, for sure.

My friends wanted me to taste it.
It's red with a violet edge. Good oak smell. Its flavour reminds me of wild berries.
I recommend to taste it with prosciutto.
