TASTING NOTES OF Macchu Pisco:
- Transparent color.
- Flavour: Aroma wine grape, with a touch of grapefruit, berries and savory notes.
- Taste: pleasant and smooth Entrance, salty note, some herbs, pepper Robley and persistent flavor with a touch of walnut snuff.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: 10 pounds of grapes are macerated per bottle Machu Pisco, grapes prisionan feet. Aging of 9 months.
ALCOHOL: 40%
- Finishes with slightly tannic, dry yet fruity notes akin to a powdered-sugar-dusted fruit tart fade.
- This brandy is made from 13-lbs of Quebranta grapes per bottle (i.e the grape content of 1 bottle of Macchu Pisco equals that of 5 bottles of wine) free of added sugar, emzymes, yeast or water, this all-natural spirit is rested for minimum 1 year before it is bottled.
