TASTING NOTES:
- View: It's very clear and bright.
- Nose: It offers a nose with fruity aromas with citrus tones. After oxygen, a nice peach is released. The set is very cool.
- Palate: The palate is very nice. Fineness and softness are incomparable. Very fruity, recognize the passion fruit, raisins, sweet potatoes and nuts. Its velvety and balanced charm in its finished texture.
PRODUCER: Bodega San Nicolas. This is an area of 30 ha with quality vineyards in the province of Pisco. It sits partly in the old hacienda Santa Cruz boats since the 16th century and then was carried out by the Jesuit order. Already at that time, occurs mainly Pisco.
COUNTRY: Peru
PRODUCTION DETAILS: Prepared exclusively with grape, as tradition dictates. La Bodega San Nicolas has the most advanced technology to develop its Pisco, thanks to two copper stills of 1500 liters and 5000 liters. A pneumatic press and stainless steel tanks with temperature control make this area one of the most innovative Peru.
ALCOHOL: 42%
- No other ingredients are added as the grapes have high sugar content and sufficient natural yeast.
- 1615 piscos are not corrected in any way.
- Fresh fruit flavour with a clean finish and smooth taste.
