Les Demoiselles de Larrivet Haut Brion 2012

The Larrivet Chateau Haut Brion covers an area of 90 hectares including 61 hectares planted in red of 57% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc. This is the second wine of Chateau Haut Brion Larrivet. This wine is to enjoy now unlike his older who need years of aging. The communes of Pessac belong to the large production area of bass. The poor and gravelly soil nourishes very delicate wine, full bodied and fruity

Les Demoiselles de Larivet Haut Brion 2012

Perfect with lamb stew. My friends and I drank it in a specialized bar.
It had an intense colour. Combination of red fruit aromas and green pepper. A red fairly astringent.

Les Demoiselles de Larrivet Haut Brion is the first wine I drank with my parents.
Dark red tone and furthermore rather opaque. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry and some berries. I liked the Les Demoiselles de Larrivet Haut Brion, although it tasted a bit rough.
The Les Demoiselles de Larrivet Haut Brion pairs perfectly with meat.
