Le Dauphin d'Olivier 2015

2015 - Non contractual picture. Le Dauphin d'Olivier 2015 reveals a beautiful deep purple color with bright reflections. The nose of beautiful fruity with notes slightly boisées.La mouth reveals a nice roundness and a good length on spices, tannins are well integrated. Serving temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Aging potential 5 to 10 years.
Food and wine: Meat and sauce dishes, tasty meats, fine game and feathered hair. Domaine Chateau Olivier OLIVIER CASTLE former hunting lodge of the infamous Edward Plantagenet, the Black Prince for short, Château Olivier watches over nearly 220 hectares of game-filled forest of oaks and lush meadows. Property of the family De Bethmann since the nineteenth century, the area is sacred Grand Cru Classé de Graves for its white wines and red wines, which is a rare distinction. The vineyard covers the Pessac-Léognan, on 60 hectares of vines planted on two distinct ridges serious well. The wines of Château Olivier combine finesse and power; they are fresh and fleshy and develop a beautiful minerality.

Good red wine and reddish brown edges. I liked its toasted aromas.Softer than 2015.
We had it with a tart.
I drank it with my brothers and a friend of mine.

The wine has a cocktail of red fruits and black mixed, very fond. this beautiful phrase is accompanied by a firm structure, almost full bodied, offering the finish long and elegant mash. Better than a second wine, it's a nice bottle discovered in 2012, to put in carafe an hour before serving, and taste of a roast.

Good wine and good company.
A Pessac-Léognan with brown edges. Concentrated aroma of red fruit jam. Voluptuous in the mouth.
Good wine, but I would not have taken it with fish.

I had it with my friends at home.
Ripe cherry colour, medium opacity. Aromas of coffee and wood. An intense red.
We paired it with meat but I would have prefered to pair it with another dish.

Sweet smell like honey. This white is a bit acidic.
A very good wine.
