Château Haut-Bailly is one of the first areas to produce a second vin.La dress reveals a beautiful purple color with glints brillants.Le nose is fine and elegant black fruit notes well mûrs.La palate is soft, there are the fruit and the freshness of the 2014 vintage in this Parde the greedy and kind. Larondeur Merlot associated with beautiful ripe Cabernets give it an elegant frame.

The La Parde de Haut-Bailly has a red cherry colour. The tobacco smell is very strong. It has a slightly salty final.
A good wine to finish a meal.
I liked sharing this wine with someone special.

With a good anthocyanin content and hints of tannin more than respectable, the wines reveal beautiful aromas, a velvety character and fruity freshness typical of summer 2014 and its long process of late ripening

The Parde Haut-Bailly is the second wine of well known Château Haut-Bailly.
The history of Château Haut-Bailly and its vineyards began four centuries ago, but in the nineteenth century that its reputation is well before the ranking of Graves wines.
The 30 hectares of this Pessac-Léognan span soil of gravel and sand, in one piece. The vines of the property is composed of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot 30% and 6% Cabernet Franc. Haut-Bailly is one of the few Pessac-Leognan to produce only red wines.
The wines are aged in barrels for 12 months.
The 2012 vintage offers slightly burnt notes, on a lightly spicy background. It is the image of her eldest.

La Parde de Haut-Bailly pairs vey well with a spicy fish . I'll try again at the upcoming wine tasting.
Red Bordeaux tone. Smell like nuts, like it. I liked it because it was as light as water.
